Weighted composite (0-100). Formula: usefulness × 0.35 + reliability × 0.25 + pricing_value × 0.25 + ease_of_use × 0.15.

Our Impartiality Promise
- No pay-to-play. Sponsored slots are labelled and never affect scores.
- Every review re-verified within 90 days. Older entries carry a 'Stale' badge.
- Weaknesses are never omitted, even for tools we love.
